We reserve the right to update the content of our website and these Terms & Conditions. Each order is subject to the terms communicated to and accepted by you at the time of purchase, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions.

3. Products and Handmade Craftsmanship

All Aelia Greek Sandals products are handmade. Minor variations in texture, color shades, or material details may occur due to the nature of handmade production and differences in how colors appear on different screens.

If we are unable to fulfill an order that has already been paid for, you will be informed and the applicable amounts will be refunded in accordance with the law.

8. Exchanges, Returns and Right of Withdrawal

For purchases covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

For size exchanges, our store’s exchange policy applies as described on our Shipping & Returns page. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of change of mind where permitted by law and where they have been properly informed.

For defective products or goods that do not conform to the sales contract, consumers retain their statutory rights regardless of our commercial exchange or return policy.
